Responsibilities
- Provide AMS support for SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, data models, and reporting applications.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, connectivity issues, refresh failures, and performance problems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement incident fixes within defined SLAs.
- Develop analytics solutions, data models, reporting frameworks, and SAC enhancements.
- Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, OData services, BW, and BW/4HANA datasets.
- Support financial and operational reporting cycles, ad hoc reporting, system upgrades, connection migrations, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with functional and IT teams on solution design, data quality, governance, and enhancement evaluations.
- Document solution architectures, development standards, and operational procedures.
- Explore new SAP Analytics Cloud features and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud development is required.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in SAP BI/Analytics is specified, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud development.
- Experience working in AMS or support environments and supporting financial and operational reporting processes.
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Ability to integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation in the SAP Analytics Cloud environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing analytics application performance.
- Knowledge of data modeling and visualization techniques relevant to SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, along with 15 years of full-time education.
