Responsibilities
- Lead development across front-end and back-end layers and integrate UI, APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications.
- Design and review application architecture using .NET, Angular or React, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and drive secure, scalable, high-quality implementations.
- Lead performance optimization, troubleshooting, and technical debt reduction.
- Own sprint planning, estimation, task allocation, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery coordination.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical recommendations and status updates.
- Guide teams on modern technologies, cloud, and DevOps practices.
- Make team-level technical decisions, collaborate across multiple teams, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and lead process improvements that increase productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft ASP.NET.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, Angular or React, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL query languages.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and Scrum delivery practices.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, planning, estimation, and delivery management skills.
- Effective stakeholder and client communication, ownership, accountability, decision-making, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
