Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of tailored software and robotic process automation solutions.
- Act as an SME and primary point of contact while coordinating with project stakeholders and multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee best practices that improve team productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues and support scripting and debugging within automation environments.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate project progress and implement improvements to meet delivery goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, automation workflows, and process optimization.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues and integrate automation tools with enterprise systems.
- Skill in scripting and debugging within robotic process automation environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
