Responsibilities
- Configure and document Trial Interactive enterprise software and solutions throughout customer implementation cycles.
- Create and maintain User Requirements Specifications, Configuration Specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the product configuration and domain expert for sales cycles, demonstrations, webinars, seminars, and account initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Professional Services, and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support software configurations for demonstrations and respond to functional and technical RFI, RFP, and RFQ requirements.
- Participate in statements-of-work reviews and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior team members, including Project Managers, Configuration Specialists, Business Development staff, and Support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 5 years of solutions consulting, software product configuration, or similar experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, or content management.
- Broad knowledge of technology, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.
- Fundamental understanding of SaaS and cloud-based technology and business models.
- Experience with GxP and software validation processes and regulations.
- Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO using SAML 2.0, and identity providers such as Okta.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organization, time management, interpersonal communication, customer-facing, and solution-guidance skills.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or PHP is desired but not mandatory.
- Basic shell scripting and regular expressions experience for automating manual content tasks is desired.
- At least 2 years of B2B web application, business-to-business, and mobile application experience is a plus.
- Ability to undertake sustained global business travel of up to 10%.
