Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans.
- Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
- Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams.
- Act as the first contact for technical issues related to production status.
- Leverage internal resources and escalate to experts when necessary.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on innovations and upgrades.
- Develop execution plans for customer-facing technical roles and teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
- Experience in technical program or project management.
- Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
