Base Salary
$185k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build user interfaces for AI-enabled healthcare experiences that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
- Own product experiences across the patient app and physician-facing care delivery platform.
- Shape frontend architecture, including design systems, state management, responsiveness, testing, and web performance.
- Partner with ML research and backend teams to incorporate AI and LLM techniques into clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, design, and healthcare organization teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building production frontend software.
- Deep fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong command of React and Next.js for complex state and component architecture.
- Expertise in CSS, animation, design systems, and creating beautiful, highly performant interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and applying recent LLM developments to real-world product challenges.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
- Node.js or React Native experience is a bonus.
- Strong ownership, collaboration, attention to detail, and interest in responsible medical AI.
