Responsibilities
- Build application prototypes and automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage agentic automation, robotic process automation, document extraction, LLMs, and related tools to automate business processes and improve productivity.
- Develop documentation, technical requirements, tests, and agile artifacts for knowledge transfer and implementation scoping.
- Learn and apply adjacent technologies for data transformation, analytics, and reporting.
- Perform business analysis, requirements elicitation, and requirements documentation to support LLM development and testing.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and contribute to architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Generally 2–3 years of experience in software engineering and/or application engineering.
- Experience with architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices.
- Traditional full-stack development experience; Node.js, Python, and Java are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and robotic process automation is recommended.
- Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation skills.
