Responsibilities

Build application prototypes and automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
Leverage agentic automation, robotic process automation, document extraction, LLMs, and related tools to automate business processes and improve productivity.
Develop documentation, technical requirements, tests, and agile artifacts for knowledge transfer and implementation scoping.
Learn and apply adjacent technologies for data transformation, analytics, and reporting.
Perform business analysis, requirements elicitation, and requirements documentation to support LLM development and testing.
Troubleshoot complex software issues and contribute to architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Generally 2–3 years of experience in software engineering and/or application engineering.
Experience with architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices.
Traditional full-stack development experience; Node.js, Python, and Java are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and robotic process automation is recommended.
Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation skills.
