Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scale the capacity and performance of C# software components and desktop user experiences.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and designs for next-generation features.
- Deliver software across multiple concurrent projects while adapting to changing priorities.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Proven experience delivering multi-threaded, high-performance user interfaces in C#.
- Strong understanding of core C# and .NET for GUI and server-side development.
- Experience building desktop-based applications rather than web applications.
- Experience with .NET memory and performance profiling technology.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and advanced programming languages, especially Java or WPF.
- Experience with unit testing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and technical problem-solving skills.
