Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy a distributed orchestration layer for state transitions, context sharing, and intent routing across vendor and internal LLM frameworks.
- Build reliable, measurable, production-grade Python services connecting ML/AI research with customer-facing products.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex machine learning initiatives, including design, prioritization, trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery.
- Establish system design, coding, and AI/ML development standards across the team.
- Mentor engineers on architecture and modern AI/ML patterns.
- Conduct design reviews addressing security, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional machine learning and software engineering experience, including shipping production-grade ML services at scale.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, deep learning, and generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangSmith, Google ADK, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Deep proficiency in Python and the ability to write clean, maintainable, highly tested production code.
- Specialized knowledge in at least one of NLP, information retrieval, computer vision, or advanced statistical modeling.
- Ability to write technical design documents and present ML system architectures to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight and apply human-in-the-loop practices to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Experience responsibly using generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean.
