Responsibilities
- Partner with clients across industries to design, build, and deploy innovative enterprise-scale AI and GenAI solutions.
- Architect and develop robust, maintainable full-stack software and agentic AI systems.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Manage client engagements and relationships while serving as an interface between business and technology.
- Guide non-technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders on software development practices and best practices.
- Lead and manage teams of AI scientists, engineers, designers, and project contributors.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
- Work with BCG leaders to shape BCG X strategy, drive growth, and create commercial impact.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced degree or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with large language models, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Proficiency in Python and full-stack development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
- Experience deploying production systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, project and team management, professional accomplishment, and ability to drive commercial impact.
- Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder-guidance skills.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Prior professional services or consulting experience is a plus.
