Responsibilities
- Contribute to test strategies and develop test plans for future Arm products.
- Define and improve automated test and validation architecture.
- Develop test cases for embedded Linux systems from first power-on through end-to-end use cases.
- Build validation tests for hardware acceptance.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features are adequately tested.
- Participate in release processes and provide technical support to partners.
Requirements
- Practical understanding of test design methodology and implementation.
- Experience testing complex software products, build systems, and CI pipelines.
- Confident programming skills in Python and shell scripting; C is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills with developers and support colleagues.
- Preferred experience includes Embedded Linux, RTOS, kernel or firmware, hardware-software interactions, low-level software behavior, pytest, Yocto, GitLab, Arm architecture, and the Arm ecosystem.
