Responsibilities
- Own the build/test/deploy process for the software.
- Enhance monorepo productivity by optimizing build/test/deploy patterns.
- Drive improvements in testing coverage and support for various data sources.
- Support multi-region and multi-cloud backend infrastructure.
- Increase operational excellence to catch issues before they reach production.
Requirements
- Strong development fundamentals with experience in Javascript/Typescript, Go, and Python.
- Proven track record of improving productivity for a large development team.
- Experience in a developer-productivity role or similar function.
- Ability to deliver code that enhances cross-team productivity metrics.
- Comfortable diving into feature code, including complex backend systems.
