Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship AI-assisted coding, code review, test-generation, QA automation, and documentation tools for engineering teams.
- Design and deliver AI automation, copilots, support workflows, quote-to-cash automation, and other enterprise process systems.
- Build production agentic systems with orchestration, tool calling, memory, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and stateful workflows.
- Architect enterprise RAG systems, including ingestion, chunking, vector stores, hybrid search, reranking, embeddings, and evaluation loops.
- Lead integrations across Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk, MuleSoft, Workato, and internal APIs.
- Build reusable connectors and self-service intake workflows for new use cases.
- Own CI/CD, evaluation gates, model and prompt versioning, deployment orchestration, rollback strategies, monitoring, alerting, and data integrity practices.
- Define AI engineering standards and mentor AI, automation, and prompt engineers.
- Partner with architecture and governance teams on security, privacy, AI ethics, bias mitigation, PII, and prompt-injection risks.
- Present architectures, trade-offs, and return on investment to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, LLM application engineering, or enterprise intelligent automation.
- Expert Python skills, including production-quality code, REST API design, asynchronous patterns, and reusable framework design.
- Production experience shipping and operating agentic AI and RAG systems, including retrieval strategy, evaluation design, and failure-mode analysis.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with Flows, Apex, CPQ, and/or Agentforce/Einstein, plus familiarity with Oracle application stacks.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi across distributed SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker or Kubernetes; GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD; secrets management; and least-privilege access.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding and productivity tools.
- Working knowledge of GTM, RevOps, and customer-experience processes, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into scoped technical designs.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle or Salesforce development at enterprise scale, architect-level certification, LLM security, ServiceNow or Zendesk AI, AWS serverless and integration services, HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, and platform engineering or federated AI operating-model experience.
Benefits
- Annual base pay is $120,000.00-$180,000.00.
- The role may include incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
