Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship AI-assisted internal productivity tools, including coding workflows, code review, test generation, QA automation, and documentation tools.
- Build production agentic AI and RAG systems with orchestration, tool calling, memory, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, retrieval, reranking, embeddings, and evaluation loops.
- Design AI automation for GTM, RevOps, customer support, quote-to-cash, and other enterprise workflows.
- Lead integrations across Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk, MuleSoft, Workato, and internal APIs.
- Build reusable connectors and self-service onboarding paths for new use cases.
- Own CI/CD, deployment orchestration, evaluation gates, versioning, rollback, monitoring, alerting, and data integrity for AI workloads.
- Define AI engineering standards and mentor AI, automation, and prompt engineers.
- Partner with architecture and governance teams on security, privacy, AI ethics, model bias, PII, and prompt-injection risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML systems, LLM application engineering, or enterprise intelligent automation experience.
- Expert Python skills, including production-quality code, REST API design, asynchronous patterns, and reusable framework design.
- Production experience shipping and operating agentic AI and RAG systems, with fluency in retrieval strategy, evaluation design, and system failure modes.
- Hands-on enterprise Salesforce experience, including Flows, Apex, CPQ, and/or Agentforce/Einstein, plus familiarity with Oracle application stacks.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi across distributed SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker or Kubernetes; GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD tooling; secrets management; and least-privilege access.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding and productivity tools.
- Working knowledge of GTM, RevOps, and customer experience processes, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into technical designs.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise-scale Oracle or Salesforce development, architect-level certification, LLM security, ServiceNow or Zendesk AI, AWS serverless and integration services, HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, and platform or shared-services experience.
Benefits
- Annual base pay is $120,000.00-$180,000.00.
