Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI for complex business challenges and enterprise workflows.
- Develop and implement strategies for Large Language Model fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance, and iterate on training and optimization processes.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and mentor junior model development professionals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, natural language processing techniques, model evaluation metrics, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform model improvements.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
