Responsibilities
- Review and iterate on AI-generated code to improve agent performance.
- Architect the codebase for AI legibility with clean data models and strong documentation.
- Build and maintain the automated product pipeline for AI-driven development.
- Diagnose and fix issues when AI agents break in production.
- Build tools that enable operations, sales, and customer success teams to operate independently.
- Translate internal team needs into automated systems.
- Build features across the frontend and backend, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to production.
- Actively monitor the production environment for usage patterns and agent failures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in a real development workflow.
- Strong product instincts to translate user signals into technical requirements.
- Proficiency with React/TypeScript and at least one backend language.
- Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases.
- High ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
