Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional applications and AI/LLM solutions.
- Design, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications.
- Develop prompts for LLM-based solutions and experiment with model parameters such as temperature and top-p.
- Create R&D proofs of concept using notebooks such as Jupyter and analyze complex datasets.
- Implement AI governance, guardrails, auditing, and secure AI usage practices.
- Design scalable cloud-native architectures and integrate AI solutions into business-line applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, including database and scalable-system design knowledge.
- At least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science.
- Good proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM frameworks or tools.
- Strong experience with AWS, including SageMaker and Bedrock, or Azure equivalents.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of trusted AI practices, API security, AI guardrails, and data privacy.
- Fluent English, strong problem-solving skills, and Agile/Scrum proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS or Azure certifications, production-grade AI experience, MLOps and AI governance exposure, and C# with .NET or Java with Spring Boot.
