Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and AI/ML models for complex business processes.
- Build enterprise-scale automation solutions for cloud, infrastructure, service management, asset management, and cloud financial operations.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, copilots, and intelligent agents to automate operational activities and improve decision-making.
- Create reusable automation frameworks, APIs, integrations, and self-service capabilities across technology platforms.
- Use machine learning, generative AI, and predictive analytics to identify risks, anomalies, optimization opportunities, and operational trends.
- Establish development standards, testing practices, security controls, and governance processes for automation and AI solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
- Create technical design documents, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and stakeholder-facing presentations.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of progressive experience in automation engineering, software development, or a related technical discipline, including at least three years focused on RPA, AI/ML, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Practical experience building and deploying AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Azure AI services.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, .NET, PowerShell, or similar languages, with experience building APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, using Git, and applying DevOps practices to automation development and deployment.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Snowflake, including containerization, serverless computing, and cloud-native automation patterns.
- Experience developing integrations with APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions, enterprise service bus technologies, ServiceNow, and ITSM platforms.
- Strong analytical, debugging, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience contributing to Agile ceremonies, managing technical backlog items, and delivering iteratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is considered.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline, familiarity with Agile methodologies or cloud platforms, and related certifications are beneficial.
