Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
  • Build scalable, high-performing React front-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams on requirements, technical solutions, and key decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
  • Mentor and support team members while fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate team communication and delivery against project milestones.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot complex front-end issues and optimize application performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in multiplatform front-end development with React.
  • Expert proficiency in React-based multiplatform front-end development.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
  • Experience with responsive design principles across devices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, make technical decisions, and provide mentorship.
