Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Build scalable, high-performing React front-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams on requirements, technical solutions, and key decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Mentor and support team members while fostering knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate team communication and delivery against project milestones.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain quality and timelines.
- Troubleshoot complex front-end issues and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in multiplatform front-end development with React.
- Expert proficiency in React-based multiplatform front-end development.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with responsive design principles across devices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, make technical decisions, and provide mentorship.
