Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation using Python and SQL.
- Develop clean datasets and data models that support analysts, business stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Apply engineering practices including version control, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Own data engineering workflows and project deliverables under the guidance of experienced team members.
Requirements
- Have a foundational background in Computer Science or have completed a relevant coding bootcamp focused on data engineering.
- Have practical experience writing Python scripts and SQL queries through personal projects, coursework, or practical training.
- Understand core data engineering concepts and have basic exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS or alternatively GCP or Azure.
- Be fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be motivated to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and solve engineering problems.
