Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support alignment and timely project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Experience customizing and configuring Salesforce applications for business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
