Software Developer – Driver Assistance & Automated Driving
Bosch GlobalResponsibilities
- Develop perception and driver assistance functionalities for automated driving systems.
- Prototype algorithms using Python and MATLAB and implement production software in C++.
- Design object-oriented embedded real-time solutions.
- Create and execute automated software tests using Google Test and Python testing.
- Validate solutions through SIL, HIL, and real test vehicles.
- Debug and analyze complex C++ code and system behavior.
- Contribute to sensor fusion, environmental modeling, and tracking algorithms.
- Analyze field-test results and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with international teams and support customers and internal stakeholders during technical alignments.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, ML, or a similar field.
- Solid mathematical foundations, including areas such as linear algebra, trigonometry, and discrete mathematics.
- Hands-on experience with C, C++, Python, and/or MATLAB.
- Experience with software testing and scripting.
- Fluent English and willingness to work on international projects with occasional travel.
- Interest in automated driving technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include automotive software development, embedded systems, software architecture, UML, Git, Jira, Azure, sensor fusion, tracking algorithms, and machine learning experience.
