Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in fintech and related cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones toward market validation, growth, and potential spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
