Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance software components and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing components for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert in team discussions and problem solving.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, and Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
- Experience customizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules for business requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
