Base Salary
$147k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design of the MCP framework.
- Build infrastructure for AI agents to perform real-time investigations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay close to the code and drive implementation efforts.
- Design a highly available and scalable MCP middleware.
- Set the strategy for AI agents' interaction with Netskope data.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Author comprehensive documentation and developer guides.
- Lead by example with high-quality, performant code.
- Implement robust security measures for AI-driven API access.
- Guide and mentor engineers across different teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership or strategy-setting role.
- Deep architectural knowledge of distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with API design standards and security protocols.
- Solid understanding of concurrency management and data structures.
- Exceptional communication skills to build consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong interest in LLM ecosystems and agentic workflows.
- Prior experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) adoption is a plus.
- BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent preferred.
