Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Operations, and engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Design and implement features that improve user onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Build experiments that validate product ideas and measure customer impact.
- Contribute to technical discussions and balance customer value with technical excellence.
- Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and performant code.
- Prototype solutions and iterate based on customer feedback and product insights.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or feature flagging.
- Familiarity with product analytics or user behavior tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar platforms.
- Experience building full-stack web applications and customer-facing features.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with writing efficient database queries and working with application data.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mention the word "coffee" in the application.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Preferred: experience using customer data to inform product decisions or improving onboarding, activation, or engagement experiences.
- Preferred: experience with Tailwind CSS and familiarity with the fleet management industry.
