Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend services for unified communications across multiple channels.
Develop systems for real-time, event-triggered messaging and marketing automation.
Translate complex datasets into actionable marketing capabilities through APIs and data pipelines.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
Lead medium-sized projects independently, managing risks and driving execution.
Enhance engineering culture by improving system reliability and communicating technical trade-offs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience building and operating microservices and APIs in a cloud environment.
Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Kotlin, Java, Ruby, or Python.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects independently and collaborate effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distributed teamwork.
