Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive to understand customer needs, design solutions, and support sales opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture design, and proof-of-concept deployments.
- Advise customers on infrastructure integration, deployment best practices, and performance tuning.
- Enable partners through technical training and architecture guidance.
- Bridge customer needs with CIQ engineering and advocate for product enhancements and roadmap alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or systems engineering roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux, containerization, and systems integration.
- Senior-level technical expertise with strong customer-facing experience in Linux-based infrastructure.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to close complex technical deals.
- Fluency in Japanese and confidence communicating in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with HPC workload orchestration or parallel computing tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Rocky Linux, Warewulf, Apptainer, or similar open-source infrastructure is a plus.
- Must be located in Japan and able to work independently across multiple customer projects in a remote-first team.
