Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve Android systems for Mobile Device Management products.
- Serve as a technical leader for Android platform architecture and product components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product vision.
- Define scalable approaches to mobile security, performance, and application management.
- Write fast, secure, and maintainable Java and Kotlin code.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams.
- Evaluate emerging Android technologies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of object-oriented software engineering experience with expertise in native Android development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Java and Kotlin, including concurrency and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Android frameworks and development best practices.
- Experience building secure Android applications with secure interprocess communication.
- A track record of developing high-quality Android applications, ideally published on the Google Play Store.
- Experience with enterprise mobility and mobile security.
- Good understanding of security concepts such as cryptography and PKI.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol is preferred.
- Tech., M.Tech. in Computer Science, or equivalent relevant development experience.
