Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical solutions for identity verification and fraud prevention systems.
Own end-to-end projects from design through implementation and monitoring.
Contribute to platform modernization by improving data consistency across services.
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and product teams.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Identify and address technical debt and system reliability issues.
Design scalable solutions that support platform growth.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to team strategy.

5+ years of backend engineering experience with expertise in a major technical area.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects from design to production.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and API design.
Ability to navigate cross-functional constraints while delivering engineering outcomes.
Passion for system design and its impact on developer experience.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts and documenting decisions.

Hands-on approach to coding and system exploration.
