Responsibilities
- Build and operate high-scale distributed systems in a multitenant, enterprise-scale environment.
- Provide architectural guidance across services and products and drive impactful technical decisions.
- Establish best practices for coding, testing, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead cross-team initiatives in performance optimization, reliability improvements, and adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Collaborate across teams while balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java/Go coding experience in highly distributed and enterprise-scale environments.
- Foundational AI/ML knowledge, experience with AI-driven solutions, and experience with agentic AI systems and orchestration workflows.
- Working knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure services.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL constructs and data modeling.
- Strong experience with identity governance, administration, and access management.
- Preferred experience with Postgres, Redis, Terraform, Ansible, Neo4j or AWS Neptune, and GraphQL APIs.
- Preferred knowledge of Okta, SAML, OAuth, test automation, Python, AI coding assistants, automated code review, and LLM-assisted development workflows.
- Preferred experience designing fault-tolerant distributed systems for networking or cloud security products.
