Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems that support scaling AI solutions for over 167,000 customers.
- Develop robust and scalable data collection and processing pipelines for machine learning models.
- Create reliable services to serve AI models in production environments.
- Contribute to the evolution of agentic architecture for improved AI agent performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer-centric product thinking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic AI applications.
- Strong background in building scalable, distributed systems.
- Proficient in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
- Deep knowledge of asynchronous processing and distributed task queues.
- Strong understanding of database technologies and ORMs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and container orchestration.
- Ability to design and build robust APIs.
- Comfortable collaborating with product managers and customers.
