Base Salary
$85k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end machine learning solutions for Wealth Management business opportunities.
- Research and experiment with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms.
- Validate models with the model validation team and ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Deploy models to production with the MLOps team and monitor performance.
- Conduct A/B tests to demonstrate the efficacy of machine learning solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and communicate modeling results through presentations.
- Build partnerships with business stakeholders, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of professional machine learning experience.
- Breadth and depth in classification, regression, recommender systems, clustering, and deep learning.
- Ability to independently conduct applied machine learning research with commercial applications.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or a related modern programming language.
- Experience with GitHub or Bitbucket and experiment tracking systems such as MLflow.
- Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithmic design.
- Experience communicating with business stakeholders and proficiency in English.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Hadoop, deep learning frameworks, graphical neural networks, reinforcement learning, LLMs, transformer-based models, or recommender systems.
- A track record of publishing in peer-reviewed scientific journals is preferred.
