Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting services and deliver ServiceNow solutions to multiple customers.
- Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering, advise on proposed solutions, and design technical implementations.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, including scripting, testing, customer demonstrations, UAT, and go-live support.
- Design data structures and conversions, technical infrastructure components, custom applications, and integrations with other platforms.
- Mentor and train junior team members and produce solution documentation and training materials.
- Provide hands-on guidance and technical thought leadership to client and internal technical resources.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow application development, custom applications, and integrations with other platforms.
- Scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS, and PowerShell are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles and procedures, and MariaDB.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Application Developer, or ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications or experience with HR, CSM, FSM, Service Portal, CMDB, SAM, Discovery, ITOM, ITBM, or PPM is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, customer service, research, recommendation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, mentor colleagues, meet project timelines, and learn new technologies.
- Ability to work from home, travel to client locations, and work on client sites when required.
- Must be eligible to meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements and have the right to work in the United Kingdom; some roles may have nationality requirements.
