Responsibilities
- Build and ship new customer-facing features in collaboration with product managers and support teams.
- Work with various systems and technologies to solve customer problems.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Provide code reviews for team members.
- Own and maintain production systems, participating in on-call rotations for issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of development experience with customer-facing SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding environments.
- Solid understanding of web or service development basics like APIs and REST.
- Experience with version control and collaborative workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to write unit/integration tests and ensure code correctness.
