Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale components and services for transporting and generating telemetry data for Mercado Livre’s AI systems.
- Research vendors and build solutions for visualizing generated telemetry signals.
- Help transform Mercado Livre’s observability stack toward vendor-neutral protocols and libraries using OpenTelemetry.
- Collaborate with Cloud & Platform and product teams to integrate new functionality into Fury.
- Develop tools and mechanisms to generate, transport, manipulate, and store telemetry signals for AI.
- Contribute to governance strategies for cost-effective observability at scale.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Strong backend development skills, primarily using Go, with the ability to work across the languages supporting Mercado Livre’s ecosystem.
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Kibana, and Grafana.
- Knowledge of agents, LLMs, MCPs, and n8n.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures and scalability.
- Knowledge of cloud services.
