Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support mobile applications and cloud-native solutions using modern frameworks and architecture standards.
- Build scalable, cost-effective solutions using reusable components, automation, platform capabilities, and engineering best practices.
- Drive operational excellence through incident management, AI-enabled process automation, deployments, and ongoing product support.
- Improve application reliability, scalability, and performance through monitoring, configuration management, CI/CD practices, and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate support and integration activities across application platforms and business processes in a cloud environment.
- Apply automation and DevSecOps practices to builds, testing, deployments, and cloud operations.
- Influence technical decisions, evaluate risks and trade-offs, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and communicate complex technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least seven years of relevant experience in enterprise and mobile application development, support, and cloud-based solution delivery.
- Multiple years of experience building and deploying mobile applications with React Native.
- At least one year of native iOS and/or Android development experience.
- Advanced hands-on experience with mobile application design, coding, integration, security, deployment, REST APIs, authentication, secure storage, and performance optimization.
- Experience with AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Rovo, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Strong scripting, automation, and DevSecOps experience using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, service-oriented architecture, enterprise integrations, observability practices, and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience with critical mobile applications serving hundreds of thousands to millions of users is preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI within CI/CD pipelines and healthcare industry experience are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, influence technical decisions, evaluate risks and trade-offs, collaborate across stakeholders and vendors, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
