Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
- Drive end-to-end AI architecture spanning data pipelines, LLMs, platform components, and application integration.
- Architect scalable and reliable integrations of AI components into SaaS infrastructure.
- Design data pipelines and storage solutions for large-scale AI workloads.
- Optimize AI algorithms and workflows for performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Implement security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-use guidance for AI systems.
- Remove execution barriers and drive adoption of AI solutions across product, engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an engineer or architect focused on machine learning, data science, or natural language processing.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience preferably includes enriching SaaS products with AI or machine learning functionality.
- Ability to define measurable, revenue-generating, or business-solving outcomes for AI initiatives.
- Strategic and technical leadership skills, including resolving company-wide technical discussions and aligning with product management.
- Strong collaboration, communication, consensus-building, and hands-on implementation abilities.
