Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations while adhering to payment best practices.
- Guide merchants through integration processes as a consultative partner in specific verticals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance merchant experiences.
- Oversee high-quality project delivery, ensuring the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
- Consult on optimizing payment solutions and collaborate with Developers and Product Managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs or providing technical consultation.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with decision makers.
- Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
- Good level of written and spoken business English and French is required.
- Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
