Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered automations for Finance operations.
- Turn complex Accounting and Finance problems into clear system designs and implementation plans.
- Automate workflows using SQL, Python, and agentic AI.
- Maintain clean, auditable data throughout automated workflows.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with automated processes.
- Build AI literacy across the Finance team through documentation and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building automation or operational workflows.
- Familiarity with LLM deployment and context engineering.
- Proficient in SQL and Python coding.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design durable architectures.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
