Responsibilities
- Lead AI discovery workshops and define AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Architect enterprise AI platforms, generative AI solutions, agent ecosystems, enterprise copilots, digital assistants, RAG systems, semantic search, and intelligent automation.
- Define integrations between AI agents, enterprise applications, data sources, and business processes.
- Lead solution design across AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Architects, including reference architectures, accelerators, standards, and best practices.
- Guide architecture decisions involving scalability, security, performance, observability, governance, and operational readiness.
- Define responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, evaluation, monitoring, and AI quality assurance frameworks.
- Drive adoption of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI operational excellence practices.
- Lead executive presentations, architecture discussions, steering committee engagements, proposals, solution estimates, and architecture reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders and mentor architects and engineers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise AI and generative AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, agent architectures, reasoning frameworks, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, autonomous systems, orchestration, memory management, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot technologies, and Microsoft Azure cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with one or more of Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Microsoft Agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data engineering, data governance, metadata, knowledge management, enterprise data platforms, Databricks, Fabric Lakehouse, Azure Data Platform, and enterprise information management.
- Proven experience leading architecture and solution design engagements with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, estimation, proposal development, and distributed multidisciplinary team leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft AI or Azure certifications are preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries or enterprise transformation and operating model change initiatives is preferred.
