Base Salary
$250k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive system design and technical direction across data modeling, performance, correctness, reliability, and scalability.
- Build performant, observable, secure, and resilient systems for production workloads.
- Identify scaling bottlenecks and improve infrastructure durability and efficiency.
- Develop APIs and developer experiences that reach millions of people.
- Collaborate with product designers and backend and frontend engineers on polished interfaces and user experiences.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for solving technical problems with customers.
- Experience building with TypeScript is a bonus.
- Interest in open source and strong judgment around developer experience and software quality.
