Responsibilities
- Drive system design decisions around data modeling, performance, correctness, and reliability.
- Ensure systems are performant, observable, secure, and resilient under production load.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with product designers and engineers to define user interfaces.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of developer experience as a craft.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with TypeScript.
