Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to design and build applications and AI-powered workflows through production deployment.
- Architect secure, scalable solutions integrating Replit with customer systems, data, APIs, identity providers, and infrastructure.
- Own complex technical deployments, identify blockers, debug issues, and drive production adoption.
- Build integrations with SSO, data warehouses, internal APIs, and SaaS systems.
- Translate customer needs and field patterns into product feedback, templates, playbooks, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production software.
- Strong programming skills and ability to work across unfamiliar codebases, APIs, and technical environments.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM applications, including retrieval, tool calls, and evaluations.
- Experience designing and owning complex technical systems from architecture through production.
- Ability to independently drive technical projects in ambiguous environments and translate business requirements into pragmatic solutions.
- Strong technical communication skills and experience working with customers, partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, consulting, or another technical customer-facing role.
- Preferred experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or developer tools.
- Preferred experience with cloud infrastructure, application deployment, databases, APIs, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Preferred experience integrating software into complex enterprise environments, including identity and access management, internal data sources, APIs, and developer infrastructure.
