Base Salary
$150k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the Android and web vendor platform for onboarding, device assignment, attendance, collection tracking, payments, and fraud or loss prevention.
- Develop partner-referral and forecasting systems to grow the data-collection network.
- Build upload, storage, and processing pipelines handling petabytes of data per month and scaling rapidly.
- Develop data-quality systems that orchestrate, train, and fine-tune models to detect poor-quality data.
- Create AI efficiency reports for factory and business owners and build recruiting tools that accelerate hiring.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, ship end-to-end solutions, and support them in collaboration with founders and global operations.
Requirements
- Have built and shipped software that real users depend on.
- Be comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases and learning additional technologies as needed.
- Be fluent in English and able to be based in Shenzhen full time.
