Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android client architecture for React Native applications.
- Drive React Native platform development and native integrations using Bridge, TurboModule, and JSI.
- Build and optimize networking capabilities involving HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, long-lived connections, Bluetooth, and USB.
- Improve application startup, rendering efficiency, memory usage, ANR rates, and crash prevention.
- Develop WebView functionality and bidirectional communication between H5 and native applications.
- Use monitoring and analytics tools to diagnose runtime issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering teams across regions to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Deep understanding of Android Framework internals, including threading, lifecycle management, messaging mechanisms, and system behaviors.
- Production-grade React Native application development experience with Bridge, TurboModule, JSI, and mobile performance optimization.
- Strong networking knowledge and experience with HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, long-lived connections, Bluetooth, and USB integrations.
- Experience with WebView development and bidirectional H5-to-native communication.
- Hands-on experience with Android frameworks and libraries including OkHttp, Fresco, and local storage solutions.
- Experience using DataDog and Firebase for monitoring, analytics, and runtime issue diagnosis.
- Professional working proficiency in English for technical discussions, documentation, and global collaboration.
- Experience developing payment solutions, printer integrations, restaurant technology, or POS systems is a bonus.
- Practical C++ project experience is a bonus.
- Experience building enterprise-scale mobile platforms and supporting mission-critical business applications is a bonus.
