Responsibilities

Formulate the enterprise-wide data strategy to align with long-term business objectives.
Design scalable data architectures that integrate heterogeneous data sources.
Author policies governing data access, retention, and sovereignty globally.
Implement rigorous data governance frameworks and define ownership and quality metrics.
Audit the current portfolio of data tools and reduce technical debt.
Analyze existing data silos and engineer integration patterns.

Minimum 12 years in enterprise technology or data, with at least 5 years in data architecture.
TOGAF certification and thought leadership in data warehousing engineering and governance.
Deep expertise in building architecture around leading Data Warehouse technologies.
Proven mastery in rationalizing complex relational and non-relational database systems.
Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives without direct HR authority.
History of merging multi-national data estates during M&A activities.
