Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and release execution for technology initiatives, including readiness validation, rollback planning, runbooks, integration requirements, and support transitions.
- Maintain platform stability during technology transformations and production deployments, and support platform ownership transitions across globally distributed teams.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and application issues, serve as an escalation point for production incidents, and participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and resolution.
- Implement permanent solutions and reliability initiatives that improve recovery times, reduce recurring incidents, and minimize change-related defects.
- Perform platform health reviews, configuration assessments, and performance evaluations to identify operational risks.
- Validate vendor releases, hotfixes, and configuration updates before production deployment.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, issue detection, release automation, deployment practices, and CI/CD capabilities with engineering and observability teams.
- Maintain runbooks, support documentation, configuration records, incident playbooks, release procedures, and incident lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, production support, enterprise application operations, or related technology environments.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise platforms including AWS, Dynatrace, ELK, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents in enterprise-scale technology environments.
- Experience executing technology changes through formal change management and release management processes.
- Preferred experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
- Preferred experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, release automation, deployment processes, observability platforms, monitoring tools, performance dashboards, application monitoring solutions, and global delivery teams.
