Responsibilities

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code.
Perform technical root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-vendor teams to deliver solutions within tight timelines.
Document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Implement cases under the mentoring and guidance of experienced developers.
Support stakeholders, raise tickets, and groom work for developers.
Communicate with stakeholders and help resolve issues.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation.
Perform Salesforce administration setup, including user management, security controls, data management, roles, profiles, and reports.
Deploy Salesforce solutions using Changeset, Jenkins, and ANT Tool.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience on Salesforce.com platforms, including Sales, Service, or Community Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Exchange, CRM, and/or Marketing Cloud.
Technical expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
Experience designing Salesforce custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation.
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including users, security controls, data, roles, profiles, and reports.
Expertise in deployment using Changeset, Jenkins, and ANT Tool.
Experience with Scrum methodology.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer or Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to project managers, business analysts, and end-users.
