Responsibilities
- Design and operate scalable multi-agent systems using planner-executor patterns and deterministic flow control.
- Build hierarchical memory systems supporting ephemeral, semantic, and structured knowledge across product lines.
- Lead Knowledge Graph modeling and GraphRAG pipeline development.
- Build the foundational Agentic Platform, including tool registries, identity-resolved profile services, and A2A protocols.
- Optimize production inference through model routing, semantic caching, streaming, and strict latency targets.
- Establish AgentOps standards for continuous evaluation, trajectory analysis, circuit breakers, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
- Lead parameter-efficient fine-tuning and efficient deployment of open-source LLMs using LoRA and multi-adapter serving.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend and distributed systems.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure backend reliability, security, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance while setting architectural direction across teams.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 10–12 years of industry experience, including 3–5 years delivering production-grade AI/ML or Generative AI solutions at scale.
- Proven experience architecting multi-agent orchestration systems and complex hierarchical memory stacks.
- High proficiency in Python and at least one compiled language: Java, Go, Rust, or C++.
- Expertise in Knowledge Graph modeling and GraphRAG pipeline construction.
- Mastery of LLMOps and AgentOps lifecycles, including distributed tracing, trajectory evaluation, and cost-per-goal optimization.
- Hands-on experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning using LoRA or QLoRA and multi-adapter serving frameworks.
- Strong architectural judgment, systems thinking, technical communication, mentoring, and cross-functional influence.
