Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype ideas with AI coding tools and turn concepts into working demos within days.
- Build small full-stack tools including scrapers, trackers, dashboards, bots, and niche web applications.
- Develop team-provided or original ideas into usable, clickable products.
- Write pragmatic, sufficiently clean code without over-engineering.
- Share completed work internally and occasionally publicly.
Requirements
- Have shipped at least three live, working AI side projects, with project links valued more than resume experience.
- Be comfortable using AI coding assistants as a primary development tool.
- Have a working knowledge of JavaScript or Python, APIs, and deploying applications to the internet.
- Be curious and engaged with internet, meme, and technology culture.
- Be able to work rapidly and independently on experimental projects.
