Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in P1/P2 incident response, major incident bridges, triage, troubleshooting, service restoration, and remediation.
- Conduct root cause and problem analysis, manage problem records, and drive permanent prevention strategies.
- Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting strategies, perform health checks, tune alerts, and enable proactive issue detection.
- Support production changes, releases, change readiness validation, rollback planning, change reviews, and post-implementation reviews.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, database, and network issues, including logs, system metrics, and batch/ETL job recovery.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, failover testing, resiliency validation, capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalable system improvements.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, war rooms, incident bridges, shift continuity, and after-hours escalations.
- Automate manual operational processes, improve incident response tooling and scripts, and reduce operational toil.
- Maintain runbooks, documentation, knowledge-base articles, procedures, and compliance with security, data, access, audit, and regulatory policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Typically 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience is required.
- Comparable education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of communication, customer solutions, design, enterprise architecture frameworks, machine learning, problem solving, risk assessments, and technical knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with application delivery processes, consulting, effectiveness measurement, emerging technologies, IT industry trends, IT standards, procedures, policies, and tactical or strategic planning is preferred.
- No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
